Refunds and Cancellation Information

In the event that you need to modify your travel arrangements, it is possible for you to cancel your booking. The refund process will be subject to the cancellation and refund policies associated with your selected fares. If the ticket that you have purchased is classified as refundable, in that case, you will receive a refund per the policies as mentioned earlier. All refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial booking. In the event where the booking was made through a travel agent, the refunded amount will be made to the account of the travel agency upon cancellation of the booking.
